BOS specialises in spare parts for Rannie homogenisers. For the Rannie Blue Top series (12.50, 45.72, BT 45.72, BT 36.72) we supply everything from plunger packings and valve seats to complete cylinder blocks.
Rannie machines have a three-piece valve housing: suction, discharge and plunger blocks bolted together. We supply the blocks and every wearing part in them: plungers, packings, guide and nut rings, pump valves and seats.

Questions about parts for Gaulin, Rannie and APV
Are these original Gaulin, Rannie or SPX FLOW parts?
No. BOS Homogenisers is independent and not affiliated with SPX FLOW. We supply parts that fit these machines: from stock, made in our own workshop in Hilversum, or reverse-engineered from a sample.
My part number is not found. What now?
Send it to us anyway. Old numbers, numbers with a missing or different letter and numbers from other suppliers are often known to us under another code. If a part is not in our file, we can reverse-engineer it.
Which details do you need for a quote?
The part number or a description, your machine type (for example MC45 or Rannie 45.72) and the serial number from the nameplate. A photo of the nameplate and of the part helps.
Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We ship parts worldwide from Hilversum and work with partners in many countries. On-site service by BOS engineers is offered in the Netherlands; elsewhere our workshop and partners help you.
