The MG120 is a high-pressure homogeniser that supports pressures up to 400 bar and capacities up to 42,000 liters/hour. high-end design utilizes a minimum of parts and seals, which makes it suitable for C.I.P. With over 75 years of experience, each type of our machines is designed to achieve the highest efficiency with the lowest energy consumption.
Technical Features
Cylinder Block
Single piece precision from forged stainless steel. Standard utilized with spring loaded plunger packings with integrated water cooling. Valves & seats can be out of the following materials according to your specifications/ requirements: Rexalloy, Tungsten carbide.
Homogenising Valve
Find the perfect valve for your product. Choose from a variety of designs and materials, such as rexalloy, tungsten carbide, ceramic or diamond coating, and our one or two stage options.
Drive End
Our unique concept offers a quiet running machine with low eccentric shaft speeds. The electric driven oil pump lubricates all bearings, allowing capacity variation between 30 – 100% under full load.
Rexalloy: Suitable for general-purpose, wear-resistant
Tungsten Carbide: Ideal for highly abrasive environment
Ceramic: Excellent chemical resistance.
Diamond Coating: Provides exceptional hardness and lifespan.
Details
The homogenising pressure is hydraulically actuacted, which allows a completely automatic pressure control. The two stage homogenising valve shows a hydraulic assembly with a plug type valve in the first stage and a pilot valve in the second stage. As you can see, the cylinder block of the MG120 machine is equipped with five plungers.

Spherical valves our standard execution, high efficient and low noise. These valves are spring loaded, suitable for processing viscose and moderate abrasive products. Ball valves this option is well known for abrasive products or fluids with hard solid parts.
