The cylinder is where the pressure is made, so it takes the most wear: plunger packings, pump valves and seats are regular maintenance parts. We stock them, make new plungers and blocks, and refurbish worn cylinder blocks.

No. BOS Homogenisers is independent and not affiliated with SPX FLOW. We supply parts that fit these machines: from stock, made in our own workshop in Hilversum, or reverse-engineered from a sample.
My part number is not found. What now?
Send it to us anyway. Old numbers, numbers with a missing or different letter and numbers from other suppliers are often known to us under another code. If a part is not in our file, we can reverse-engineer it.
Which details do you need for a quote?
The part number or a description, your machine type (for example MC45 or Rannie 45.72) and the serial number from the nameplate. A photo of the nameplate and of the part helps.

Yes. We ship parts worldwide from Hilversum and work with partners in many countries. On-site service by BOS engineers is offered in the Netherlands; elsewhere our workshop and partners help you.
