The MG4 is a high-pressure homogeniser that supports pressures up to 1,400 bar and capacities up to 5,500 liters/hour. The high-end design utilizes a minimum of parts and seals, which makes it fully sanitary and suitable for C.I.P. With over 75 years of experience, each type of our machines is designed to achieve the highest efficiency with the lowest energy consumption.
Caracteristici tehnice
Cylinder Block
Piesă unică de precizie din oțel inoxidabil forjat. Se utilizează în mod standard cu garnituri de etanșare cu piston acționat de arc, cu răcire cu apă integrată. Capătul axului
Our unique concept offers a quiet running machine with low eccentric shaft speeds. The electric driven oil pump lubricates all bearings, allowing capacity variation between 30 – 100% under full load.

Details
The homogenising pressure can be adjusted manually with a handwheel or through a hydraulic system, which also allows a completely automatic pressure control. The two stage ho- mogenising valve shows a hand-operated assembly with a plug type valve in the first stage and a pilot valve in the second stage. As you can see, the cylinder block of the MG4 machine is equipped with three plungers.

Spherical valves our standard execution, high efficient and low noise. These valves are spring loaded, suitable for processing viscose and moderate abrasive products. Ball valves this option is well known for abrasive products or fluids with hard solid parts.
