Material Compatibility: The Central Challenge

Metallic materials: Hastelloy C-276, duplex/super-duplex stainless steels, titanium, tungsten carbide. Elastomeric seals: PTFE (Teflon), FKM (Viton), FFKM (Kalrez/Chemraz), EPDM. We advise on correct seal materials for your application and supply Ersatzteile in appropriate materials.

Safety Considerations and ATEX Compliance

Explosion-proof electrical components, earthing and bonding, temperature limitation, and appropriate motor enclosures (Ex d or Ex e). ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU compliance. Containment with double mechanical seals, enclosed systems, leak detection, and secondary containment.
