Hydraulics and amplifiers: modernise your homogeniser

BOS offers a range of hydraulic systems. They are available for BOS machines and for well-known brands such as Gaulin, SPX, APV and Rannie.

We also know exactly how to retrofit a system. Every machine is different. For every machine, we have a solution.

What does the hydraulic system do?

The hydraulic system sets the homogenising pressure. It does this precisely and repeatably. Stable pressure means stable product quality.

Control of 1st and 2nd stage

You can set the pressure of the 1st and 2nd stage neatly and independently. The 1st stage sets the main homogenising effect. The 2nd stage breaks up clusters and gives you extra control over the result. Fine adjustment gives you the exact process window you need.

One-stage or two-stage

Both configurations are available:

• One-stage: for applications that need one pressure setting.
• Two-stage: for applications that need separate control of both stages.

Built-in water cooling

Our systems come with integrated water cooling. This keeps the oil temperature under control. The result is stable operation and a longer service life of the hydraulic components.

All-in-one solution

The proportional valves are mounted on a manifold. The manifold sits directly on the pump unit. This gives you:

• A compact design.
• Fewer hoses and connections.
• Fewer possible leak points.
• Faster installation and easier service.

Modern amplifiers

We also have more modern amplifier solutions. They let you set and control the proportional valves accurately. Request information. It is worth modernising your machines.
